  • What are my obligations as a Bowman member?
    As a Bowman member you are expected to attend 5 out of the 12 regular business meetings over the course of a year. You are expected to participate and help out at our annual fly-ins. If you are a airplane stationed member you are added to the weekly mowing schedule, which means you may have to mow the field once a year. A member is expected to participate in any organized club work days. Typically there is only 1-2 of those per year.
  • What are the Benefits of Being a Member at Bowman?
    A safe, secure and affordable place to base an aircraft. Access to wholesale 100LL fuel. Member fly-out excursions. And last but not least a healthy dose of airport camaraderie.
  • How Do I Find Bowman Field?
    Bowman can be found in the AOPA Airport directory. The airport identifier is B10. It can be found on the Montreal sectional.
  • How Can I Become a Member?
    Bowman Field Flying Club meetings are generally held the first Sunday of every month at 6:00pm at the airport. Some exceptions are made when holidays fall on the first weekend of the month.
  • Is Fuel Available at Bowman Filed?
    Yes and No. We do have 100LL on site. However, Bowman is unmanned. Fuel is available to members 24/7 with key access. Non-member pilots who find themselves in need of fuel can contact the airport manager, Ken, at 207-897-5104 if they should find themselves in need of fuel.
